The company trust its employees and does not micro manage office hours. They have a good honor system and team members uphold that trust.

Everyone in the office is not present at the same time most days because of the flexible work hours.

Plenty of work to go around, more than you can probably handle actually pay drive time to and from site.

Wait until you see if I can help you expect an employee to work 3 weeks before receiving first paycheck with no advances or any kind of help if you drive a company truck you are expected to pay for gas and expense it and it's all night work
