Pros

There are some smart and nice people. Pay was decent. Some decent swag.

Cons

The CEO likes to pontificate. Most likely a narcissist. No one from C-Suite or above actually listens. It's their way or the highway. Very much like a one-way radio. Most people are afraid to say anything I think. You get red circled if you speak up. It's kind of ran like a cult or something. You know how people will smile and clap like they are shiny happy people, all fake like? Yeah, like that. Sheeple. Too much religious influence. My manager has zero management skills. He freely admits it. Unreasonable deadlines, caused by acquisitions. In fact, lots of growing pains due to acquisitions. Lots of things in limbo, or not well thought out. When your company calls them "Sales Engineers", that means they are the only employees treated like they are important besides management.

Need more staffing in the Care world it tends to be busy and customers can get frustrated with the delay in response time.

Remote work and some good co-workers

Cons

Most leaders are textbook narcissists. They are incompetent when it comes to the industry they claim they serve. The culture is toxic and the CEO prefers people that tell her what she wants to hear rather than collaborating to improve the business performance and efficiency. Their product is outdated, their sales leaders and customer success leaders are disconnected from reality and have no clue how payments work. Buyer beware
