I worked at the Quinnesec Mill as an Engineer. This is a great place to work. Lots of responsibilities. The work can be challenging but is very self rewarding. I learned so much working here. Lots of quality employees here make a great work environment. I interacted with lots of skilled engineers, operators and maintenance staff while working here. Great teamwork environment. Safety is definitely a priority here. The company invests on safety training and safety equipment. The employees here worked together to look out for everyone's safety. Overall good work/life balance. Pay was decent. Very fun place to work.

Health insurance plan wasn't spectacular. Maintenance outages required long hours.
