Pros
Some of the people were really kind. And if you're smart about your time there, you can work on projects that will propel you to better jobs and opportunities. If the managers like you, you could be promoted internally.
Cons
Some of the management were difficult to work with. It was like a known "secret" that people grumbled about but no one did anything. Felt like the sales side was a bit too small/slow and the company didn't grow as promised.
