Beware - Program Cost/Schedule Control Analyst Vertex Aerospace Employee Review

Since started working with this company very transparent and easy to work for.

So far no cons I have discovered.

Pay is decent. Benefits are great. It's a great atmosphere and very interesting work and learning. It was great work. Fun. And provided a feel of accomplishment. Most people were great.

The downside was a few people that just ruined it for others. No communication from managers. Blatant favoritism from managers for select employees that would never hardly work and could always come in an hour or more late pretty much just doing whatever they pleased without any consequences. These were suppose to be our peers but they didn't have a clue on how to do the simplest things that was in their job description or refused to things that everyone else was required to do. Also it was not performance based on reviews etc. Hard to move up. No chance to move up unless you were one of the lazy favorites. No feeling of a team work from managers down except for the few of us that tried work as a team to get things accomplished.
