      Pros

      Fantastic work/life balance, good compensation for the area, employees are treated well

      Cons

      Tech stack is extremely outdated. A lot of the senior developers and architects who are leading projects have been with the company forever and are out of touch regarding modern technologies and best practices in software development. To be fair, it seems like they are trying to make some changes to improve things on this front but there is still a long way to go.

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
