Pros
Work life balance exists. You just need to play the game. Great health benefits and time off policy. Work from home opportunities for most people. Oh, and $0.25 Snapples!
Cons
Working with management is like working with a bunch middle schoolers playing 'Game of Thrones' - very catty and childish. The 'Flat' organizational model isn't, it just formalizes the Haves vs. the Have Nots. 'Strategy Teams' are just exclusive teams for executives. These teams are slowing down the decision making process since now you need two or three 'Strategy Teams' to approve anything. This is a result of Executive and Middle Management not embracing the flat organizational model.
