      The culture, the people, the CEO!, they truly value their employees as being their most important asset, incredible benefits, perks, unlimited flex time/PTO, Remote Work....the list goes on and on

      The promotion process could be more mainstreamed...the company is working on it.

      Management is totally useless. Silos live forever here. And there is never any accountability. New executive management appears to be positioning for sale.
