      Pros

      Benefits are excellent. Business problem is varied, interesting and challenging.

      Cons

      Management focuses on continuous long term strategy develoment and seems detached from the real business challenges and opportunities. Too many teams of overlapping responsibiltiy leaves no one responsible and a chaotic organization.

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
