Unprofessional, gossip-based office environment, overworked - Scientist Vertex Resource Group Employee Review

Overworked, unreasonable expectations, very little appreciation to staff aside from monthly 'cupcakes' which were bought from dollarama. Very cliquey, if you were in the inner circles you got raises and promotions, if you were out of them you might as well be looking for another job while working there. Very unorganised. No performance reviews given, high turnover of staff, probably relating to any of the above reasons.
