Pros

I have made a good community at work

Cons

When I joined, the product and company had promise, but things have steadily declined. Senior management lacks a clear vision and communicates selectively, some employees are prioritised while many are ignored. We’re seen as not important enough. Training is minimal, and you are often thrown into the deep end without guidance. Micromanagement is extreme, salary transparency is non-existent, and turnover is high!!! People can be let go on the same day with no warning. The environment has negatively impacted my mental health, making it one of the most stressful workplaces I’ve experienced. No job is worth this.

Pros

The culture at Vertice is something I haven't experienced anywhere else. There's a real sense of ownership here. You're not just executing someone else's playbook, you're helping build something. Leadership is accessible, feedback is genuine, and the people around you push you to be better. The growth opportunities are real too. If you show up and deliver, there's a clear path forward and people actively invest in your development. It's the kind of place where your work actually matters and you can see the impact directly.

Cons

Like any high-growth company, things move fast and priorities can shift. If you thrive in structure and predictability, there's an adjustment period - but if you embrace the pace it becomes one of the best parts of the role.
