I freelanced for Vertify for a several months and worked directly with the Founders. Great team to work for. Highly knowledgeable in the tech, data, and sales/marketing space.

Pros

The company with it’s high-caliber team and great culture is really taking shape. Vertify has been focused on hiring the strongest team members to propel the company forward and position it for explosive growth. The new foundations and vision have been set and there’s exciting times ahead! The team assembled is out of this world, they are smart, humble and fun! There’s no office politics and we literally work together as a family. It may sound cliché, but it’s true. The change here from when I started to now is night and day. The leadership is extremely supportive and make all employees feel valued and important, helping to build a strong workplace culture that makes Vertify a great flexible place to work.

Cons

It’s still not a well-oiled machine but we are making big strides. I suppose that’s why we love a start-up environment. There are some growing pains as we work to solidify processes and there is a lot more room to think outside the box and help define these processes.
