      Pros

      1)Very supportive management. 2)The company is employee-centric, employee-friendly. 3)CEO is very ground to earth, he never even thinks if someone is Director, manager, or employee. For him everyone is equal. 4)Every month company is organizing a lunch/dinner party for all the employees. 5)In every festival, there are events organized. 6)Cab facility for nightshift. 7)I think whatever I will write is less in words to express.

      Cons

      So far in my career of approx 2years with this company, I have not come across any cons.

      Pros

      1. Onboarding was quick for contractors 2. They offer health benefits for contractors 3. They meet with you monthly to make sure everything is ok 4. Very responsive when it comes to pay inquiries

      Cons

      1. No benefits for long/short term disability 2. Not helpful in working with you to find another position when your contract is ending 3. No PTO or paid holidays for contractors 4. Onboarding was fast, but still seemed a little discombobulated in comparison to other agencies I've worked for
