      Lack of technology to make your job easier. However, there will be investments coming.

      Pros

      Get your own work truck that you can use personally. Any tools/equipment you need is compensated. All travel is also compensated. Get to travel, not every day is the same.

      Cons

      Can work odd hours depending on the customer and what needs done. Have to do a lot of scheduling yourself and there is a ton of paperwork.
