None that stood out to me.

Cons

-Very weak systems and processes, especially HR -Policies are not employee-friendly, mostly unclear, inconsistently applied, and poorly communicated -Extremely founder-centric organisation with decision-making driven by personal preferences and moods -Micromanagement; decisions are controlled at the top -Work culture and environment are toxic

Pros

Nothing. Not even worthy of 1 star!

Cons

Everything. It is just the CEO, and her management. Nothing but a pity that such companies exist in the social sector, playing with people's career and showcasing that they work for the climate change and sustainability good. No clue what to do, from the start of the day. Only politics, backbiting, blamegame, and everyday verbal abuse and short temperament of Chhaya Bhanti. The management behaves so badly with even the people who are cleaners and housekeepers of the office premise. Sad. The company (if at all it can be termed as one), claims to be a start-up and this serves as a excuse for all the mismanagement, maltreatment and horrible HR policies of the company.

Pros

Nothing that can be highlighted or specifically mentioned.

Cons

Mental torture of employees everyday Whims and sudden short tempered actions of the CEO Verbal abuse and heated exchange among colleagues and management She claims after returing from the U.S. to establish this start-up, she and her 'so called' team aspires to contribute in the sustainability sector in India. In reality, major manipulation of field data is observed, no clear communication. The management can go to any length to populate fishy facts and figures only to get the project. This way, the firm mostly runs in losses than get any project whatsoever. There have been cases that people joined in the morning only to submit their resignation in the afternoon! Personally seen and shocked. She claims herself to be a film-director, sometimes nature lover. But in reality, the ones who know her and her way of doing things, are silenced with brute force and politics. Sadly, after reading other's reviews, I feel no different and state that for anybody joining Vertiver could be a serious disruption in their career development and growth. Thank you.
