Performance KPIs were not clearly defined, making it difficult to measure success or align expectations. Compensation was below market standards, especially considering it positions itself as a global UK-based fintech. There was also a lack of clear structure around engineering growth and performance evaluation.

Been working for few yrs. Have always found people to be of great value and very helpful. When companies grow their will always be competition but not many organizations are able to keep it healthy, verto has managed it well. You can grow if you can push yourself and go above and beyond.

There is always room for improvement. We learn from mistakes, pivot and move on!
