Vertosa operates in an extremely fast-paced industry, which requires adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities. Team members often wear multiple hats, which can be a challenge for those who prefer a more structured or narrowly focused role. While this can be a great opportunity for growth and learning, it may not be the best fit for everyone.
