Pros
1) The people are really nice. They go out of their way to make you feel at home.
2) The office is nice and in a cool area.
3) You'll feel like you making a difference in the world with your work.
Cons
1) It can be pretty quiet throughout the whole work day.
2) The pay is average.
3) It's a small company so there's not a lot of possibility for upward mobility.
