      There aren’t any pros to working for this company.

      Cons

      Peoples jobs are threatened daily and publicly on group calls. You’re told to be resourceful and make decisions on your own, but the CEO NEEDS to be involved in every single decision and then will crucify you for taking action without involving him. He will also ignore all requests for him to be involved to make the decisions needed to keep daily traction in the business. Then will spout off on a 30 minute tangent about how you didn’t let him know once a critical path fails. RUN. AWAY. FROM. THIS. COMPANY.

We’re working to clarify ownership, improve communication, and ensure teams have better context up front so every step doesn’t feel like an escalation or a struggle. We still have work to do, but we’re actively addressing these areas, and we appreciate you taking the time to raise them.

      Pros

      Your co-workers are good and talented people focused on the mission. The mission attracts sharp individuals you can learn from. Unfortunately, they leave or are fired within months.

      There are too many to list, but here are just a few: How do 70/hr weeks sound? Fear = Vessel Culture Get ready to work in circles only to toss it out Disrespect and insults are free and oh-so-motivating ChatGPT and the CEO know what's best - not you Abysmal progress as a company You have zero ability to make your own decisions ....and so much more! NOTE: My advice is to read every single negative review in GD. They are true and accurate. The 5-stars are all fake or forced.
