One of the most appreciated aspect is the incredible transparency of the company. The CEO and CTO will frequently update everyone on their decision making process and actively listen to feedback to further improve. The company culture is absolutely awesome! Every person I've met has been incredibly agreeable and supportive. Frequent social events outside of work foster connections and really help with getting to know everyone. Everyone is like-minded in our commitment to helping others and it shows in the work environment. Not to mention the company's impactful mission and product! Vetcove is dedicated to helping veterinarians spend less time doing tedious inventory management and more time actually helping animals, all at no cost to them. In an industry that has historically been slow to adopt new technologies, Vetcove is helping vets save millions of dollars and time. Plus Vetcove is fully remote with flexible work hours.
