Pros

Vi is hands down the best place I’ve ever worked. The culture is truly special - you’re surrounded by brilliant, hard-working teammates who care deeply about both winning and learning together. Everyone is hungry to push further, support one another, and celebrate the journey as much as the wins. The company goes above and beyond to make employees feel valued and appreciated - Their thoughtfulness shows in all the little touches. After 3.5 years here, I still feel energized knowing I’m part of something bigger - building AI solutions that genuinely improve people’s lives in health, wellness, and fitness. Remote flexibility is a huge plus (depending on your role), and the pace keeps things exciting. Vi is lean, fast-moving, and empowering. If you’re a self-starter who thrives in an environment where you can learn, stretch, and grow - you’ll love it here.

Cons

It’s not the place for people who want constant hand-holding or rigid structure. Things move quickly, and you need to be comfortable learning on the go. For me, that’s been a positive challenge, but it’s worth noting.

Pros

Great environment, a lot of places to grow and great team. Company on growth mode, so a lot of changes but a loved opportunities. Product is unique and great management.

Cons

Fast paced. I like it, but it doesn’t fit everyone.

Pros

There were good people working hard, but I would not recommend joining. If you consider joining, do very deep diligence on product maturity, leadership style, and how success is actually measured. Anything that smells fishy.....is fishy.

Cons

In my experience, the biggest problem was leadership credibility. Expectations were set aggressively, but the day-to-day reality often felt far less stable and far less transparent than what employees were led to believe. Priorities changed quickly, accountability was inconsistent, and the environment often felt reactive rather than well-run. Role security and performance management are difficult to trust. Feedback and expectations did not always feel clear or consistent, and employees could end up carrying the consequences of decisions made above them. You will be thrown under the bus before you're ever protected. Do not read this as an outlier comment from a disgruntled employee---many others experienced what I described and hold these opinions. The reviews for Vi seem artificially inflated here on Glassdoor. I am not being harsh enough with words, for my own protection.
