Vi is hands down the best place I’ve ever worked. The culture is truly special - you’re surrounded by brilliant, hard-working teammates who care deeply about both winning and learning together. Everyone is hungry to push further, support one another, and celebrate the journey as much as the wins. The company goes above and beyond to make employees feel valued and appreciated - Their thoughtfulness shows in all the little touches. After 3.5 years here, I still feel energized knowing I’m part of something bigger - building AI solutions that genuinely improve people’s lives in health, wellness, and fitness. Remote flexibility is a huge plus (depending on your role), and the pace keeps things exciting. Vi is lean, fast-moving, and empowering. Cons
It’s not the place for people who want constant hand-holding or rigid structure. Things move quickly, and you need to be comfortable learning on the go. For me, that’s been a positive challenge, but it’s worth noting.
