very small growth path is a challenge and not enough exprtise

No pros I can think of. As have to write 20 words I am writing this. This is not a company having any pros.

3 years bond. All certificates will be collected. All maintenance projects. Zero chance of developing knowledge. No salary hike. No appraisal. People will be layed off in bulk. Sometimes an entire team will be layed off or terminated. This happens even to skilled employees. No one is working to bring good name to company. All are working for namesake and they are just surviving here. I dont know how people are working in this, that too experienced persons. As you can see in other reviews, the experienced persons are working here, just because they have settled there or committed to something like coimbatore life, marriage, home etc. Apart from that they do less work than inexperienced. Most freshers join here and leave immediately. I have see few freshers bringing their parents to get their certificates back. Both experienced persons and freshers after completing 3 years bond will start leaving the company. Those who cant get good jobs stayed here itself. CEO is not looking to do something different. He is just looking for wealthy client , where he can bill a lot of amount and pay less to the employees. Also I have never seen any client was completely satisfied, all the work done here is of low quality and people are forced to complete the job but not with good quality. No job security. Dont join here, you will get sad withing 5 days of joining and also you cant go to other jobs as well as these people wont give your certificate.
