      1. High expectation from employee, but it pushes you to grow and excel. 2. Sometimes work-life balance can be a challenge during peak periods, but the company is working to improve this.

      Working on Legacy systems, and no real vision to expand according to the current technology. Always running after third party vendors for solutions instead of developing it's own solutions
