      Pros

      When I was in my role, I had an amazing team with smart, hardworking individuals who were a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      The company consistently pushes too hard, imposing impossible deadlines that overwork employees and my team, leading to low morale. Additionally, there were no incentives offered for achieving milestones. Think twice before considering applying here

      Flexible work schedule, and nothing more

      Cons

      Working on Legacy systems, and no real vision to expand according to the current technology. Always running after third party vendors for solutions instead of developing it's own solutions
