Pros

- Lots to learn - Good pension scheme and benefits (40% shift allowance for working hours out of 9-5) - Opportunities within the company to move to other roles.

Cons

- A toxic culture is tolerated, particularly from long-serving employees. Senior staff are often allowed to display unprofessional behaviour — including bullying — without consequences, as they are seen as irreplaceable. Management tends to turn a blind eye rather than address these issues. - Excessive working hours with minimal rest. Shifts can last up to 13 hours, yet only 30 minutes are officially allocated for breaks, which is both unsustainable and unhealthy in the long term. - High-stress environment with relentless workloads. Tasks are continuous and often stack up without resolution, creating a sense of never-ending pressure and little to no opportunity to catch up.

There is freedom to approach each project as you see fit. Strong support from senior leadership.

Cons

When several programs peak at the same time the hours start to creep up pretty quickly.

Great company to work that is cash flow positive, thinks long-term, cares about people. Lots of autonomy
