      Thanks for your feedback. In addition to the people, we frequently hear great feedback about the opportunities for learning and development at Viatris. Many of our colleagues have been working from home throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and based on their feedback and experiences, we have recently established new principles for flexible-remote work.

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
