      Pros

      Dynamic, focused on colleagues, customers and patients, open to feedback with continuous improvement mindset, great colleague benefits. Employ intelligent experts. Commitment to progress ideas and be innovative. Fast paced and dynamic environment, teamwork and results. Lateral moves as well as upwards moves.

      Cons

      Newer organisation with rich history -so still building the Viatris way but it is amazing what has already been achieved in 6 months. Very strategic and future oriented. Global org but small enough locally to get a good view across the business and work together well. A lot of flexibility to do what is best for the local market.

      Pros

      Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

      Cons

      There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
