      -workplace bullying and abuse -career progression non existent (many examples of 10 year employed employees with no promotion) -no rewards for hard work -high staff turnover due to toxic environment -zero notice period dismissals without warnings -everybody aside from senior management unhappy and they simply do no care.

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
