      Pros

      Great people in the manufacturing locations trying hard to do a good job under great regulatory pressure and despite chaotic management from corporate.

      Cons

      Bullying culture, leaders who've come up through the technical ranks with no leadership acumen. One of the most depressing environments I've ever worked in.

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
