      Pros

      Free food, swanky look, and games available.

      Cons

      This place is awful if you want to advance your career. Plan on staying in an entry-level position for years until you get promoted. This company thrives on free to cheap labor so employees work hard to get a giftcard (maybe) instead of a raise. Also, if you're not from a specific background, you can forget being considered for any open opportunities. Vibes tends to seek people from specific schools, areas, social, cultural, and economic backgrounds. You need all of them to qualify. The exceptions are in the tech-department.

      Pros

      Vibes is a human-centered company who hire people with excellent morals and values - making for an outstanding set of co-workers. The company, which has been in business for 27+ years, is profitable, well-run and growing. Leadership is exceptionally humble and easy to talk to, and run the company with the thriving of employees as a key value. It makes for an excellent work environment and also means that my co-workers almost never leave the company - excellent employee tenure!

      Still needs more operational rigor at times, but getting much better of late.
