      Pros

      Very good healthcare benefits, decent 401K match.

      Cons

      I would give leadership a D grade, only because I've never seen an F. They expect miracles out of you and you are treated poorly. I've never seen employees treated so poorly in my life. If HR was allowed to do their job they would get rid of most of the leaders. Unfortunately HR exists only to protect the company.

      Pros

      Benefits are good, bonus can be very generous.

      Cons

      They expect miracles out of you and treat their employees like garbage. It's toxic culture with inexperienced management and bullying that takes place. This is by far some of the worst and most disrespectful leadership I have ever experienced in my life. Run-away no matter how lucrative the job offer might be.
