      Started off great after new management in 2023. Prospect, growth, direction, culture.

      Cons

      Since new management in 2025, absolute horrid place to work. No teamwork, no support, selfish. No direction, no growth. Just hiring and firing. No stability.

      Growth, nice office, nice car, lean org, all new staff very clever. Good place to get experience in working for PE owned group.

      Cons

      Very desperate not to fail. Good at bad decisions.
