Pros
Working at Vicomtech was a great experience. It´s got a really friendly atmosphere where researchers and developers are able to collaborate in a really rewarding manner. Everyone I met there, regardless of the department they belonged to were always willing to help and maintain the good vibe. It´s a really good place to work and I cannot recommend it enough.
Cons
Probably the language barrier. It was very common to hear conversations around you in Basque language which could imply a big downside if you don´t understand the language.
