Pros
It pays well but only for working 60+hrs. If they ever actually cut the hrs like they constantly say it pays average. Depending what they bring you on at and or drop your pay to that is....
Cons
It's a joke. Management talks down to everyone as a whole like you're misbehaved ignorant children. Everything is a priority so nothing is ever accomplished. If you have to come in late they tell you that you have to stay late. If you have to leave early they will tell you to come in early. They pay everyone differently and tell you that you can not discuss pay with each other (because they're shady). They bring people in making more than those who have been there for years. They will drop your pay as a temporary. They will fire people for next to nothing such as an accident. Some in the company in different areas work a straight 12 hrs with a 30 minute break while others work 12.5hrs and 30 minutes is taken off their pay for their same 30minute break. They laid off people who had been their 35years while keeping new lesser paid employees instead of their loyals that helped drive the company. They do not care about you. It's good if you have no social life no family no hobbies and you need some money until you find a career. But be careful if word gets out you're looking they will find the reason to fire you. Mandatory 12hr days 7days a week happened here. For 2 months.
