-The more you sell, the more money you make -Incentive to move into supervisory roles if you are good at selling

Cons

-Strong pressure to sell -Less hours if you don't sell -Management isn't great/only cares about sales and not the employees

Discount, fun customers, good perks and products

Cons

Payroll varied dramatically week to week making it difficult to keep quality staff. We would hire part time associates to work 5-15 hours a week, which may not even get that much a week and then the very next week they would be asked to work full time hours due to floorsets, events, etc
