You make a great point about the amount of information to learn in onboarding. It's not just how to do your role, but how to do SEO itself. We have all of our employees go through the same SEO training so everyone can be an expert - which means there's more information to digest and learn than a normal training program. We believe this creates empowered team members who have a new and valuable skill for their career, and we also welcome your feedback if there's any way we can train this material more efficiently or effectively.
A big push recently at Victorious has been benefits expansion - doubling our company-mandated PTO days, adding 100% company-sponsored healthcare for employees and dependents, introducing wellness initiatives like reimbursement for online therapy/meal subscription services/gym memberships, etc. As someone who's newer to the team, we're eager to get feedback from you to make our benefits package holistic and valuable.
