The work culture is amazing!

The sales team is great and it is full of knowledgeable and experienced people.

Micromanagement from a particular manager is truly appalling. He will sit down with those he deems underperforming and hold them captive for at least an hour, engaging in a lengthy discussion about “sales tactics.” The problem is that this “coaching” feels more like a bullying session. He makes derogatory remarks about their prospects of success and openly expresses his intention to dismiss his low performers. His motto is simple: “Coach up or Coach out.”
