Immature leadership from the lead pastor that negatively impacts the entire organization. The pastor is virtually unchecked and has no accountability to his decisions. He surrounds himself with his buddies and “yes men/women”that will do whatever he wants. Leaders in the organization lack any real experience outside of doing things the Victory way.
