      Pros

      Absolutely ZERO. There is nothing positive whatsoever about this place. Whatever you do, don’t take the job. For your mental health.

      Cons

      Couldn’t even begin to list all of the cons. So extremely toxic, worst management ever. It’s a bunch of family that sticks together and pushes everyone out. Finger scanning, if you’re a minute late you get HR emails. Bullying Having to schedule your lunch in your calendar every day and any little activity you are working on. Toxic - gossip, bullying, belittling. Utterly worse place ever. And the positive reviews you read are absolutely written by HR. Do not be fooled. This place is dreadful.

      Pros

      If you are someone with good work ethics, do your job well, listen and learns, this will be the right place for you. The management are involved on a day to day running of the business which means if you are someone who takes pride in their work, you will get noticed (at any level) and you will get opportunities.

      Cons

      As per my point above, if you are someone who is negative, loves to complain, comes into work late for no good reason, you will be found out quickly and eventually realise this is not the place for you.
