Pros
Amazing opportunity for growth if you understand the industry. Great opportunity to be creative and help brands grow. I thought they did a good job of getting rid of bad leadership. Alan Hollis definitely wants the brands to be responsible and gives managers the freedom to do their jobs.
Cons
Too few people who do the work or understands the industry means the good ones have to work 20 hours a day. Other managers bring in their friends who either don't have the skills for the job or don't understand the industry. Great brands, products and people though so they will find their way!
