I work at AntonBauer and am proud to do so. I am in sensed that some one on the 13 july can dismiss my work place and my colleagues. The company is going thro change but I see a caring management who are trying to promote team work, who are developing the team by providing opportunities for internal promotions and are working to improve communications and the environment we work in. I see my co-workers s being more involved in decisions about how we develop in the future than there has ever been in the recent past. The products we are now developing are market focussed and I feel they will help our business grow.
