Pros
Upper leadership is very accessible to teams, and there is a culture of excellence and support laterally and vertically. I truly feel supported and valued in my position from peers to C-suite. I absolutely love my colleagues. Everyone is helpful and eager to assist wherever and however they can.
Cons
Being a small company, you will wear many hats. Sometimes advancement can be difficult; however, there is compensation and position promotions so they still do their best to continue to elevate you.
