It's making coffee, sometimes tea. Easy enough a monkey could dial in and clean their espresso machines.
Cons
Demeaning management and idiotic owners should be barred from working anywhere near food and beverage, let alone the customer service industry. Sue and John are clueless, clearly using the company as a golden retirement parachute, and refuse to improve the working conditions or culture to curb their ridiculous turnover rate. They would run out of people to hire if there wasn't a new batch of exploitable highschool/college aged shmucks that have no real skills to overwork and underpay every year.
