Pros
1. Location is best. 2. Lunch & snacks are decent.
Cons
1. Worst management especially in India. They aren't trustworthy. Company has no ethics. 2. No great learning at job unless you are a fresher. 3. No work life balance. Work from home policy is just to lure people to join. 4. Work pressure and tight deadlines and they say it's startup so it's expected however, when it comes to compensation, they say we can't pay because it's startup. Great logic indeed !!
