Pros
Honestly not sure why so many negative reviews on here. On the team I'm on, my coworkers are fantastic people and the members on my team are very smart and helpful. From my mentor to my manager, I feel comfortable talking to pretty much anyone on my team about anything. Great office space, sometimes can get a little loud since it's so open, but also promotes working and socializing with others. Sometimes managers will buy kegs of beer, we have fun parties once in awhile, and work/life balance is great. Apparently not as great as it once was, but compared to everywhere I've worked in the past, it's excellent.
Cons
There are some issues, one being the lack of a good "agile" software development process, on my team at least. The relationship between the devs, product owner, and product manager could definitely be improved as to who should be doing what and not stepping over each other's toes. But here's the most important thing to me: management understands these issues and are honestly trying to improve things. I think too many people are stuck in the past with how it used to be at Viewpoint. After working here for over a couple months, I can say it's not near as bad as some reviews say it is, from my current prospective.
