Flexible and lovely people - Need an admin person or to pay overtime - Quality Control Analyst Viewpoint Employee Review

All staff events are held in London on Wednesdays or Thursdays which is very difficult for all of us remote lot having to travel to and from London and then work bright and early the following day. There needs to more admin support. Comapny has promised for over a year they'd hire someone but instead have left it up to staff to work late (unpaid) or give extra stuff to me despite that not coming under my job description. No progression in my role Few holiday days
