      Staff members are incredible. So used to working under horrendous conditions.

      Cons

      Management purposely not staffing at ratio/ safe appropriate levels although nurses are available to work.

      People were excellent at training me for my new role. Great pay. Friendly. Job was rewarding.

      Bit of a long drive for me but I was aware of that going in.
