Pros

Diverse range of products to learn about and a great site to see the wine go from filtration to bottling. Focus is on autonomous work, meaning you develop skills in a variety of tasks.

Pros

This job was so rewarding. I only left because I could not stand for long periods of time and needed to make more money. But I would absolutely work here again if an office position became available and I was able to make better money. I must have done something wrong because the ROP was $14/hr and only Part time. So I also could not afford to work here with those few hours and low rate of pay. But this place was wonderful to work for and the Sisters made me feel so good to serve them, after all the years they service and prayers they have given to people. I was so Blessed and fortunate to be able to work here. Sabrina

Cons

Standing became an issue for me - and the lower rate of pay & part time hours.
