Pros

A lot of free food is around, usually before a meeting where something ridiculous is going to happen. I guess they think if people are fed they will be happy.

Cons

Completely unprofessional management, it's an HR nightmare. I can't believe it's allowed to go on in this day and age, but it's a very high school environment that is encouraged by upper management. Swearing, yelling, crude jokes, and that's just a weekly staff meeting. I have no doubt that the positive reviews here are fake based on the antics I see everyday.

Pros

Unfortunately, I cannot provide any pros based on my experience.

Cons

Village Green is easily the worst company I have ever worked for. The organization operates in complete chaos with deeply unethical leadership, zero accountability, and an absolutely toxic culture from the top down. Employees are treated as disposable, constantly misled, overworked, and blamed for failures created by incompetent management. Fear, favoritism, retaliation, and dishonesty were normalized daily. The company showed a shocking disregard for professionalism, employee wellbeing, operational standards, and resident trust. Turnover was extreme for a reason — competent employees do not stay. Leadership consistently protected themselves instead of fixing serious issues, and the environment became mentally draining and impossible to thrive in. I would strongly discourage anyone from working here or trusting this company with their career. In my experience, this organization should not be managing people, properties, or teams at the scale it does.
