An okay entry level job - Sales Representative Vincero Employee Review

The job responsibilities are not what you would expect. At first you are told that its a Management Training Program, but in reality its just a ploy for mass recruitment, because the job retention for Vincero is very low. I worked for Walmart before, and even their job retention is higher than Vincero's! This is because we are led to believe its an out-of-state managament training program that we attend to, when in reality they put us inside a Walmart, make us sell DirectTV packages for 6 months and bother customers with sales pitches. Its really not worth $10/hr plus commission. Costco hires cart pushers for more than $10/hr these days. If this is your first job, then its an ok opportunity. If you want a consistent paycheck, I would look somewhere else.
